Placing Your Order with Online Galleria
For products featured under Online Galleria Exclusives, orders are placed by using the Online Galleria shopping cart feature on the website and subsequently making payment through the secure PayPal payment gateway. Once your order and payment are finalized we will send you a confirmation email with an order number. If an order cannot be processed for any reason after payment has been received we will contact you directly. It is important that you complete your personal and contact details so that should we need to contact you we can.

Receiving Your Order
Galleria Exclusive products are dispatched using registered post with Australia Post. All parcels must be signed for at time of delivery for proof of delivery. We offer STANDARD & EXPRESS postage at the check-out, and the standard Australia Post transit times are applied based on your location. We mail from Sydney metro and all orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order and payment.
Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the inventory listed for Galleria Exclusive products however from time to time an item may be sold out due to popular demand. If an item is unavailable, you will receive an email advising you that the item is sold out, and every effort will be made to source the item for you or your money will be refunded.
